Britwington Consultancy Ltd is committed to ethical, transparent, and responsible recruitment practices in accordance with the UK Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Health and Social Care Personnel.

We are committed to ensuring that all recruitment activity is conducted fairly, lawfully, and with respect for the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of candidates.

We do not charge candidates any recruitment or placement fees, either directly or indirectly. Candidates are never required to pay for job opportunities, employment offers, placements, or assignments.

All candidates are supported to make informed, voluntary decisions and are free to withdraw from the recruitment process at any stage without penalty.

Britwington Consultancy Ltd operates as a health and social care recruitment and staffing supplier.

Our services include:

  • Ethical recruitment and selection of health and social care professionals

  • Professional registration guidance (including CORU, HCPC, NMC, and GMC processes)

  • Compliance and pre-employment checks in line with client and regulatory requirements

  • Temporary, contract, and permanent staffing supply (subject to agreement)

  • Ongoing candidate support throughout the recruitment and placement process

We do not guarantee employment outcomes. All final hiring and employment decisions are made by the employer or end client.

Candidate Rights

All candidates engaged by Britwington Consultancy Ltd have the right to:

  • Clear, accurate, and timely information about roles, pay, conditions, and expectations

  • Freedom to accept or decline any role or assignment offered

  • Assurance that no recruitment or placement fees will be charged

Recruitment Fees Policy

Britwington Consultancy Ltd does not charge candidates recruitment fees, including but not limited to:

  • Job placement fees

  • Assignment or engagement fees

  • Finder’s or referral fees

  • Conditional or success-based fees

Candidates are not required to make any payments as a condition of recruitment, selection, employment, or continued engagement.

Complaints & Whistleblowing Procedure

We encourage feedback and take complaints seriously.
